Review content:
Just like any successful business it starts from the top on down,and surrounding yourself with the right people, and the right talent. Starting at the top from the GM Bob, to head of service Mike, to head of parts Adam. Everyone of these guys kept their word and delivered!!!! From taking care of an issue with Yamaha regarding my Royal Star Venture, which Mike handled, to making sure my new tires would be covered if any of my concerns that I read about showed up. Adam contacted the manufacturer for me explaining my concerns called and emailed me what Don and Roy's would do for me if the problem showed up. I believe Don and Roy's is surrounding themselves with the right people and the right attitude!!!! Keep it up.
