Dominion Pest Control Services

My experience with Dominion was not positive. I was offered a contract for rodent trap placements with no mention of the need for a 2nd more extensive contract. Rodent trap placement was a bust; only 2 rats 'bit' on the peanut butter 'bait'. Hundreds of rats still lived in my basement. Desparate, I was offered and signed a 2nd, $3,327 contract. Months later, I still had dozens of rats. Finally, a senior technician was sent, and an external entrance to the house was blocked. (theoretically it should have been blocked as part of the 1st contract).\r The new mess and loss of expensive camping equipment (chewed up by rats) months after the first contract left me with a sour taste re Dominion Pest control.\r To top it all off, the company customer service rep now demands $100 severance fee. My requests for a release from this fee were met with abusive language, a total failure to honor my request to speak with the owner Tony, (including a certified letter to the owner that went ignored). This is poor business practice. I recommend you demand the senior tech from the outset (not Miles) if you choose to deal with this company.\r My experience with Dominion was not positive. I went though the phone book and called about 5 pest control companies. Dominion was the 1st to call back! They were also the 1st on the job for a bid. I needed a company to provide a ""guarantee"" this was the ONLY company to provide this. If there were ANY complaints they were immediately out there. I also was very impressed that the owner was so involved. more

We had a mice problem at the church i am the administrator for that was creating a health concern for our children. Dominion Came out and gave us an inspection. They were very profesional and very sensitive to our concerns. In one day they sealed up all the entry points and we have not had one problem since Well worth the money!!!! more

I came to Dominion after a very bad experience with a large national chain. Being able to work with a company that still values customer service and repeat business has been a real treat. They have worked very hard to control all aspects of pest infestation in our apartment buildings. This is a huge job, and they have rose to the occasion. They are consistantly on-time, prepared, and have a great attitude. Our techs are experienced and put in the extra effort to make sure me and my tenants are happy! more

Dominion is great i appreciate thier honesty and integrity. I had to have a rodent inspection and Kelly gave me the solution to my problem on paper and although its not fun spending money on rats i know i am making improvments to my home and Dominion will take care of me!! more

We have regular maintenance spray with Dominion. They show up on time, perform work professionally and the spiders are no more! Thanks, Dominion. Pros: Pests gone more

Although we were initially pleased with the level of service we received it dramatically dropped off when they did not show up as part of their annual service, but kept sending the bills and then had the nerve to send us to collections! Clearly these people do not know how to run a business, I would stick with a more reputable company if you want to avoid the headache that comes with Dominion. Cons: don't perform services and then send you to collections more
