IT IS HARD TO DESCRIBE HOW CORRUPT AND DESTRUCTIVE DOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS UNLESS YOU HAVE LIVED IN A BUILDING THAT THEY "MANAGE." Dome is a neighborhood destroyer. The developement that I live in was beautiful until Dome got involved twenty years ago. Dome has turned my building into a slum. Dome's pattern seems to be to get a board that is in sync with their corrupt program. They find a board member who is usually a shady low life and back that person up during his board tenure. Dome locks condominium boards into these horrible five year management contracts. During the contract term they do nothing but collect the maintenance dues. This company is a pyramid scam. The owner of Dome is like Staten Island's own Bernie Madoff. I cant believe they are still in business. The owner of Dome in my opinion is an incompetent attorney, but a master scam artist. He has committed what appears to be a MEGA FRAUD on the people of staten island. more

I really loathe this management company. They don't care about anything but the green paper. We "thought" we bought a house in Dec.2005; it turns out that all we bought was shares. We were first time home buyers and didn't know any better; we used their lawyer instead of getting our own. They don't give us any direct answers when we ask questions and they tell us that if we sell, all we're going to get back is the shares, even after putting a total of almost 12,000 dollars. They keep giving us the run around. How is it possible that we bought the unit in 2005, put almost 12,000. into it just to get, have been paying 1,018 a month for 5 years and all we're going to get is 6500 in shares. I wish I knew who to go to; we haven't really pursued it any further because we don't know where to start. If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate. WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE; THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!! I can not possibly be anymore straight forward. Could there be a lower rating then poor because that's exactly what I would give them.. more

This property management/real estate company has the worst customer service of any company I have seen, maybe ever. We have been attempting to place an offer on a property listed by them, and although the real estate agent appears to want to cooperate, the company will not return our phone calls regarding whether or not we qualify, and do not appear to want to sell the property. more
