Review content:
I really loathe this management company. They don't care about anything but the green paper. We "thought" we bought a house in Dec.2005; it turns out that all we bought was shares. We were first time home buyers and didn't know any better; we used their lawyer instead of getting our own. They don't give us any direct answers when we ask questions and they tell us that if we sell, all we're going to get back is the shares, even after putting a total of almost 12,000 dollars. They keep giving us the run around. How is it possible that we bought the unit in 2005, put almost 12,000. into it just to get, have been paying 1,018 a month for 5 years and all we're going to get is 6500 in shares. I wish I knew who to go to; we haven't really pursued it any further because we don't know where to start. If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate. WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE; THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!! I can not possibly be anymore straight forward. Could there be a lower rating then poor because that's exactly what I would give them..
