Oh my gosh! I love this place! Every time I go in there I always feel welcome! The staff is very friendly and can answer all my questions! Plus the prices are amazing!

I bought a toyota tacoma in 2004 and the 40 oil changes for $400.00 used 3 of the oil changes the sold it to buy a new toyota tundra 2007 Reno Toyota would not honor the 37 of the 40 oil changes so i paid $400.00 for 3 oil changes not good business!!! more

Simply outstanding 10/26/2010

Just a quick note in appreciation of your new facilities, but even more importantly, in appreciation of your outstanding personnel. I consider Ken Cerny to be the best Service Adviser I have ever encountered in over fifty years of buying and servicing automobiles ranging from Chevrolet's to Cadillacs and Mercedes to Toyota's. Ken is simply outstanding and a fine representative of Reno Toyota. more

left Toyota with a wonderful feeling 10/22/2010

I am getting ready to come over and pick up my 2006 4 runner limited that I purchased from your dealership 2 years ago. Unfortunately I had a bad air pump this past week. Last week when I brought it in for a checkup because the check engine light went on I was lucky enough to get Rolando as my contact and service person. He was just great last week helping me out and as usual I left Toyota with a wonderful feeling about your new place. Then I had to bring it back in on Tuesday this past week – Rolando was not there and someone else tried to handle the situation….and I will just say we did not see eye to eye on the solution. more

fast, courteous, and friendly 10/21/2010

Your number one goal is to exceed the expectations of your customers and KENNETH did just that. He is MR. Efficiency himself. He was fast, courteous, and friendly. We had a good experience. He said our car would be ready in 2 hrs., and when we stepped into his office 2 hrs. later, our car just pulled up. How About That!! You are indeed lucky to have him as your employee. Please give him a big thank you for a job well done. more

The owner of Reno Toyota obviously made a large financial commitment when he decided to build the new facility. It represents what each Toyota facility around the country should be. It certainly provides immediate return in the pride with which your employees perform their jobs. more

My compliments to your service crew for the excellent care I received during my visit there. My engine light came on during a road trip to California and the response from the Toyota dealership there was somewhere between patronizing and insulting. Amy Curry, on the other hand, was courteous and efficient. She explained everything to me without patronizing orrushing. I felt like my '99, 133,000 mile 4Runner was getting (and worth) the best care possible. Everyone from the phone receptionist to the young man who took me home was friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that I will cheerfully return for further service. more

i took my toyota landcruiser in for a oil change and general maintenance. prior to this i notices my brakes making a strange sound. MAR CHISM, service adviser, called me to let me know my brakes needed replacing. i asked him for a price and what time the work would be done. we agreed on the price and he told me it would be done by 3:30. not only was all the work done by this time, they also WASHED my car. thank you again RENO TOYOTA and MARK CHISM for a great job well done. your service department will be the only one i am using in the future. more

Been here about 7 times, and the service has always been cheap and good. Sometimes, there's a bit of waiting around. For that reason, it would be nice if they had a shuttle to the mall or something. more
