When they have groomed my dogs, they have done a good job, however, the following experience has caused me to never to go back to them! I wanted to make sure that my two German Shepherds were groomed and cleaned for Christmas, so I made an appointment a MONTH ahead of time. I was very clear that I needed both dogs groomed at the same time. I reiterated this point on the phone several times and I was ASSURED that my appointment was confirmed for both dogs. more

Comments like this really make me very angry. Why you ask? Well, the way the grooming room is set up, the dogs do not have access to areas beneath our cages. All of our grooming dogs are either allowed to hang out in the grooming room with other dogs - provided they're sociable with other dogs - or they're placed inside a sanitized and secure cage when they're not being bathed, dried or actually groomed. We have sanitation procedures in place that are strictly adhered to by our award winning groomers. If this actually was a client of ours, they would know that their dogs could not ""HIDE"" underneath our cages. If you are a potentially new client considering our services, we invite you to inspect our facility and judge for yourself whether we maintain a clean and sanitary grooming room. If our facility was dirty and we didn't treat the dogs well, I assure you, the state kennel inspector wouldn't bring her own dogs here! Thank you for taking the time to read this! more

I recently took both of my dogs to this place. The only good thing was that i was able to drop them off early. This is where everything goes downhill. Both of my girls looked horrible. One had to be shaved (which I knew), but the shave was all uneven. She has patches of long hair, bald spots, long strands from her ears, and her vulva was EXTREMELY irritated to the point that my dog would wimper when she needed to pee. The hair on top of both of my dogs heads were cut so short, it looks like bald spots. They also smelled so NASTY and the reason i was given was because they have an open space under the cages and all the hair and dust is underneath there and my girls were hiding there. WHY would they be hiding?? And hasn't anyone bothered to clean under those cages?? This place is awful, disgusting, and I would NEVER take my dogs there ever again. Everyone should stay away from here. more
