Comments like this really make me very angry. Why you ask? Well, the way the grooming room is set up, the dogs do not have access to areas beneath our cages. All of our grooming dogs are either allowed to hang out in the grooming room with other dogs - provided they're sociable with other dogs - or they're placed inside a sanitized and secure cage when they're not being bathed, dried or actually groomed. We have sanitation procedures in place that are strictly adhered to by our award winning groomers. If this actually was a client of ours, they would know that their dogs could not ""HIDE"" underneath our cages. If you are a potentially new client considering our services, we invite you to inspect our facility and judge for yourself whether we maintain a clean and sanitary grooming room. If our facility was dirty and we didn't treat the dogs well, I assure you, the state kennel inspector wouldn't bring her own dogs here!
Thank you for taking the time to read this!
