I recently took both of my dogs to this place. The only good thing was that i was able to drop them off early. This is where everything goes downhill. Both of my girls looked horrible. One had to be shaved (which I knew), but the shave was all uneven. She has patches of long hair, bald spots, long strands from her ears, and her vulva was EXTREMELY irritated to the point that my dog would wimper when she needed to pee. The hair on top of both of my dogs heads were cut so short, it looks like bald spots. They also smelled so NASTY and the reason i was given was because they have an open space under the cages and all the hair and dust is underneath there and my girls were hiding there. WHY would they be hiding?? And hasn't anyone bothered to clean under those cages?? This place is awful, disgusting, and I would NEVER take my dogs there ever again. Everyone should stay away from here.
