When they have groomed my dogs, they have done a good job, however, the following experience has caused me to never to go back to them! I wanted to make sure that my two German Shepherds were groomed and cleaned for Christmas, so I made an appointment a MONTH ahead of time. I was very clear that I needed both dogs groomed at the same time. I reiterated this point on the phone several times and I was ASSURED that my appointment was confirmed for both dogs.
