Quality customer service- See Many!! 11/18/2011

The first time I was a customer at Rairdon's in Monroe, all I needed was a replacement part for my Jeep. The service department sales man was very polite and got me exactly what I needed even though they didn't have the part listed in their computer system. The second time I visited, I was coming in for a specific vehicle I had seen online. Many was the sales man that greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured, he basically had a can-do attitude, answered my countless questions with ease and made me feel really comfortable with the whole sales process. The sales manager was equally nice giving me top dollar for my trade and also offering me some lunch they had ordered while I was waiting to sign my paper work. The accounting manager gave stellar service too answering all my questions and not rushing me through the signing process. My second purchase was just as easy as the first, as I looked online and saw a car I wanted that was located at the Kirkland branch. I called Many and told him what I was looking for and then asked when he could have it at Monroe for me to look at. Same day after work he had the car waiting for me. The one I initially was interested in wasn't available so he made sure he found one with my requirements and had it ready to test drive. They really go out of their way to give quality customer service and treat you like a person, not like a dollar sign. Thank you Many- I appreciate your rockstar customer service!! -Kelly more

stay away from this dealership 7/14/2009

I have been an all time Chrysler owner. I have had two Pt Cruiser before this one. After my last experience at this dealership this will be the last Chrysler I will never buy other Chrysler again. Five star dealership or not never again. I took my 2003 Chrysler Pt Cruiser when I experienced a loss of power, the week after the Fourth of July weekend. I ask them fix the issues and to change the oil. The dealership assured me it was a simple fix and they would have it repaired within one business day. It ended up taking over a week. After calling and complaining that I had to take a vacation day and that my wife did not have car to drive they finally gave me a rental car. Once the dealership called and told me my car was completed I went to pick it up. The next day I went out to the car to check the oil and to my surprise the work the dealership preformed was substandard. Ground wires were disconnected plug wire clip were broken off, wiring housing not put back over the wires to protect them. And the list goes on. Not the level of a five star dealership with ASE techs. They offer some mid computation, but not enough to make me change my mind. No wonder the US car manufactures have gone bankrupted. Pros: none Cons: to many to list more

Awesome deals! 5/1/2009

My fiance was looking for a new truck and was really specific about what he wanted. He had emailed a few different dealers closer to where we live but, they all played games and wouldn't do much on the email but wanted to talk on the phone with him. Twice we had people tell us they had what we wanted and a price only to get there and find out different. We were so happy when we went to Rairdons and they told us the truth! The internet person met us at the door and offered us a drink (and the bathroom since they knew it was a long trip). The truck was exactly what they had discussed and they had it washed/detailed and ready before we came so that it was quick and easy to buy it. The price was about $900 less than we could find anywhere else and I was so impressed with the service here. The only problem now is that he is being stationed overseas for up to six months so I will be driving the big truck myself but, it is fun to drive and it will remind me of my fiance while he is away. Worst car dealer ever 5/16/2008

We went to Kirkland Rairdon's to test drive and buy a car. We were treated with disdain when talking with the "manager" . He would not give us a bottom line price for a vehicle nor show us the invoice. We actually knew what the invoice price was, but just checking how honest and trustworthy he is. What we found was that he bumped up price to almost $2K, compairing with what we got from other dealer, saying "this is the best we can, sign it" We were given the general immpression that he only care how much he make, but not customer satisfaction. Due to the attitude, we did not buy from this dealer. more
