The first time I was a customer at Rairdon's in Monroe, all I needed was a replacement part for my Jeep. The service department sales man was very polite and got me exactly what I needed even though they didn't have the part listed in their computer system. The second time I visited, I was coming in for a specific vehicle I had seen online. Many was the sales man that greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured, he basically had a can-do attitude, answered my countless questions with ease and made me feel really comfortable with the whole sales process. The sales manager was equally nice giving me top dollar for my trade and also offering me some lunch they had ordered while I was waiting to sign my paper work. The accounting manager gave stellar service too answering all my questions and not rushing me through the signing process.
My second purchase was just as easy as the first, as I looked online and saw a car I wanted that was located at the Kirkland branch. I called Many and told him what I was looking for and then asked when he could have it at Monroe for me to look at. Same day after work he had the car waiting for me. The one I initially was interested in wasn't available so he made sure he found one with my requirements and had it ready to test drive.
They really go out of their way to give quality customer service and treat you like a person, not like a dollar sign.
