I have been an all time Chrysler owner. I have had two Pt Cruiser before this one. After my last experience at this dealership this will be the last Chrysler I will never buy other Chrysler again. Five star dealership or not never again.
I took my 2003 Chrysler Pt Cruiser when I experienced a loss of power, the week after the Fourth of July weekend. I ask them fix the issues and to change the oil. The dealership assured me it was a simple fix and they would have it repaired within one business day. It ended up taking over a week.
After calling and complaining that I had to take a vacation day and that my wife did not have car to drive they finally gave me a rental car.
Once the dealership called and told me my car was completed I went to pick it up. The next day I went out to the car to check the oil and to my surprise the work the dealership preformed was substandard. Ground wires were disconnected plug wire clip were broken off, wiring housing not put back over the wires to protect them. And the list goes on. Not the level of a five star dealership with ASE techs.
They offer some mid computation, but not enough to make me change my mind. No wonder the US car manufactures have gone bankrupted.
