Best

I have read the reviews, even those that loved the service don't go far enough telling how great a dealership Doc's is.

Doc's is trouble 5/24/2011

Service Department is slow, customer service is lacking in general, sales manager is belligerent, poor follow-up with customers in each and every department. They will not work with customers on trades... Doc's offer was, at least, $2150.00 lower than any other dealer I went to. The atmosphere of the store is one of arrogance and entitlement. Owner considers her dealership to be "the Rodeo drive of Harley dealers". She would rather tell stories about her dealership's history than solve customers problems. more

Rental Team was great! 8/2/2010

The Docs rental department is awesome. I called and spoke with Roger about renting a Harley a few weeks before my trip to Memphis, and he was very friendly and informative on the entire rental process. I later called to reserve my bike and spoke with Josh, who was also very friendly and helpful, he seemed just as excited as I was about getting me on a bike. The rental team was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. It's unfortunate that one person who didn't understand the rental policies left reviews on here, my experience was excellent, I will definitely rent from Doc's again. Do your homework before renting a motorcycle. more

we're good people 6/17/2010

hey whats going on guys and gals, this is just a fore front to what some of these reviews are saying about this dealership. (the people that are talking about how they were charged for their damages.) whenever these people came in to rent bikes they were all told numerous times that if they opt out for the "loss damage waiver" they will be entitled to pay for the whole cost of the motorcycle. in the one instance we told the gentleman that he might want to take the loss damage waiver, he refused and said that his ins company would cover the cost(state farm) i told him that he needed to contact his insurence company to verify that they cover "rental motorcycles" he said he did already(which he prob didn't) then i explained to him that in the event of an accident i would contact the ins company, his policy holder told me that he wasnt covered. i explained to him and he got furious making this all sound like it was our fault, this may not be the same poeple but in the last two years ive be more

Rentals team is dishonest. 11/4/2009

If you rent from Doc's, prepare to pay for damages to the bike out of your own pocket - even if someone else hits you. They refuse to work directly with insurance companies - even when you are in an accident where the other driver is at fault. They will tell you they will when you return the bike - but they rest assured they will not honor their word, and will charge you - leaving you to work with the insurance company. Don't expect to be able to validate their damage claims with independant estimates either. more

Beware, the rental dept will charge you without notification 11/3/2009

I rented a bike from this dealer and was struck by another driver. Instead of working directly with the insurance company of the driver who struck me - Doc's charged MY credit card with the full amount for the damages to the bike. This was after their rental representative told me that there was nothing to worry about and that they intended on working with the insurance company. This was not what they did - they just charged my card. I would not recomend renting from them. Moreover, the bike they rented me actually had several parts literally fall off while riding, including the heel shifter, and various mounting screws. There are other dealers in the STL area to rent from. In my opinion Doc's handled my rental in a dishonest manner. Pros: Wide selection of hardware Cons: Employees tell you what you want to hear, but dont followup. more

Service at it's best! 6/14/2006

Great service... the new guy Steve H. did a great job as well as all the other helpful people I met! Pros: Great customer service Cons: Hard to navigate into parking lot heading north on more
