hey whats going on guys and gals, this is just a fore front to what some of these reviews are saying about this dealership. (the people that are talking about how they were charged for their damages.) whenever these people came in to rent bikes they were all told numerous times that if they opt out for the "loss damage waiver" they will be entitled to pay for the whole cost of the motorcycle. in the one instance we told the gentleman that he might want to take the loss damage waiver, he refused and said that his ins company would cover the cost(state farm) i told him that he needed to contact his insurence company to verify that they cover "rental motorcycles" he said he did already(which he prob didn't) then i explained to him that in the event of an accident i would contact the ins company, his policy holder told me that he wasnt covered. i explained to him and he got furious making this all sound like it was our fault, this may not be the same poeple but in the last two years ive be
