Matthew Koglmeier is an arrogance paper shuffler who uses any unethical means necessary to accomplish aims, regardless of the damage it causes and has encouraged clients to file false claims. He does not act in good faith and represents the worst of the profession. Many of his and his firms clients have come away feeling simply ripped off and poorly represented. Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C offers a terrible legal service. After documenting a clearcut case of gross negligence of my tenants with pictures, video, audio files and all the right documentation I handed a gimme case to Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. Not only were they not successful but I ended OWING the TENANTS MONEY! Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C wasn't finished yet they still charged me ~5K for their terrible service and encouraged me to appeal since they did such a horrible time the first time around. In the end I paid the tenants to trash my house so I didn't have to deal with Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. To add insult to injury I called 6 times over 2 months to get a copies of the case for my records and the didn't return my calls or send me the information! In short, DO NOT USE Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. They will lose your case, take your money and ignore you in the end. more
