Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C offers a terrible legal service. After documenting a clearcut case of gross negligence of my tenants with pictures, video, audio files and all the right documentation I handed a gimme case to Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. Not only were they not successful but I ended OWING the TENANTS MONEY! Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C wasn't finished yet they still charged me ~5K for their terrible service and encouraged me to appeal since they did such a horrible time the first time around. In the end I paid the tenants to trash my house so I didn't have to deal with Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. To add insult to injury I called 6 times over 2 months to get a copies of the case for my records and the didn't return my calls or send me the information! In short, DO NOT USE Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. They will lose your case, take your money and ignore you in the end.
