The office staff is the absolute rudest that I have ever been exposed to. They are the reason people stay away from dentists. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to be exposed to these people. I had a small discrepancy on my bill. Instead of resolving it - in the rudest tone possible- she told us that she was going to ruin or credit and send us to collections- for a bill less than $50,00. Further- I had to break an appointment because I had a delayed flight. She told me that I had to leave a $200,00 deposit with her if I ever wanted to go to them again. Good Bye- and Good Riddance. There are dentists literally on every corner in West Hills. more

Horrible Horrible Experience\r \r Last December the dentist’s office sent me a letter asking me to make use of any remaining dental benefits on my dental insurance before they expire at year end. I repeatedly asked the front office manager Roseanne, to confirm my benefits before I come in for a dental cleaning. She assured me that everything will be ok and I should just come in. Anyways, a week after my cleaning Roseanne calls me to let me know that the insurance did not cover my cleaning as I already had one cleaning in September and I am allowed only one semiannual cleaning and that I have to now pay for those charges. When I reminded her that I had asked her repeatedly to reconfirm my available benefits, she threatened to hand over the account to collections. I asked to speak with Dr. Mehrotra or Dr. Dizon (the husband and wife owners) and have requested this several times since then. I also sat in their office once for three hours. But I have not received a call from their office so far. Also, while I was in their office, Roseanne threatened to call the police.\r \r BTW, every time you are on their operating chair, they have something or the other they want you to get treated on, which is not covered by insurance and you have to make a payment right there. Also, in the last 5 years that I have been going to their office, I have seen Dr. Dizon only once and Dr. Mehrotra never. The dentists keep on changing all the time and I believe they are mainly interns rotating through this office. Pros: None Whatsoever! Cons: Tons! more
