Review content:
The office staff is the absolute rudest that I have ever been exposed to. They are the reason people stay away from dentists. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to be exposed to these people. I had a small discrepancy on my bill. Instead of resolving it - in the rudest tone possible- she told us that she was going to ruin or credit and send us to collections- for a bill less than $50,00. Further- I had to break an appointment because I had a delayed flight. She told me that I had to leave a $200,00 deposit with her if I ever wanted to go to them again. Good Bye- and Good Riddance. There are dentists literally on every corner in West Hills.
