A couple of months ago, I found Diva Studio through Citysearch. Based on all of the shining reviews I read, I decided that I had to give it a try and I am definitely not disappointed. The place is gorgeous! Very L.A. trendy without the pretentious attitude and hefty prices - I've definitely had to pay more at other places, with less pleasant results. The best thing by far was my hairstylist.\r

Originally, I went in for a cut and all-over color. The extremely cordial receptionist recommended Amy Faith to me, who turned out to be a godsend. She was extremely professional, full of personality, and knew exactly what she was doing - especially considering my horrible roots! She took me from blonde to a beautiful (and very even) brunette in no time at all, and both of us had a blast while she was doing it. Afterward, it looked so natural and stylish that I recieved so many compliments!\r

I just went back to her yesterday with a real challenge. I told her to take me from my deep, dark brown to platinum blonde - and she did it in about TWO HOURS! Cut AND color! I've had this process done in the past at other places, and, being a natural brunette, it always took six hours or more! My hair turned out beautiful and is surprisingly still very healthy, and the best part is that Amy had fun doing it!\r

i've never written a review about anything in my life before, but after having such great experiences already, i absolutely had to spread the news!\r

Thanks to Citysearch, I finally found the perfect hairstylist i've been looking for!
