First appt at Diva, just relocated to area. Appt with Amy for cut/color --she was fantastic! Asked me for feedback at every step, extremely accommodating, and very professional.\r
Regarding price: found all salons to be pricier here than where I was living, this was no exception.\r

Atmosphere was a bit crowded / hectic, but hey, it was Saturday afternoon. I arrived on time, and was NOT kept waiting for the stylist.\r
Overall experience -- excellent! Will return.
Pros: Staff with whom I interacted was helpful and professional.
Cons: Stylist stations are a bit cramped -- close quarters
