DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU LIKE THEY DID ME !!!!!!!!!!!!\r They LIE about everything! The guy came to my house and told false information just to get me to buy through them! He also made Promises of special channels I would get with the package I chose and never came through with ANY of them!!\r It takes a real SCAM artist to stay in business with all the lies they tell their customers!!\r I called early in the morning to get some issues with my service cleared up and the office manager lied to me also. There isn’t a thing I can do about it and I am stuck in a 2 year contract with a LOT of hidden B.S. charges and now if I decide to cancel I will really be screwed because in their contract it states if I cancel I get charged HUNDREDS of dollars and they don’t bother to let you know about ANY of this before signing their contract. They rush you through signing and don’t give you a chance to read the contract. \r READ THEIR CONTRACT THOUROUGHLY!!!!!!!!! ON SECOND THOUGHT TELL THEM TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! \r more

Heard about these guys on 104.7 The Zone. Called and told them what I needed and wanted. They were able to give me great deal plus extra promos. Bill was the installer that came Saturday to my house. Very clean, professional, fast and efficient. I got everything I was promised on this deal plus more. I ended up ordering the wrong dish for international channels, so they were awesome in having Bill come out and replace the dish with the correct one. Like them so much I am currently signing up my family members on the same deal. Thank you Dish Professionals more

I signed up for DirecTv with these guys and they threw in the NFL Sunday ticket for free!! That normally costs like $350 bucks.... PLUS they installed it the NEXT DAY!! Couldn't be happier! more

I had posted a good review for this company on 11/2009 but in the past year it has gone a complete 180!!! I moved from UT to CO and couldn't have Dish at my new apartment. Dish Network took my equipment. Then out of the blue, these jokers tried charging my credit for $900, then $700, then $500, then $150 charge finally went though. MY BANK dispute reversed the charges and now they are suing us for $900. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!! more

I moved and wanted to get set up with Dish Network Service so I called The Dish Professionals. I was concerned I would have to take time off work to be home for the installation instead they had evening appointments available and even install on the weekends. I didn't have to miss any work and got a great Dish package for a good deal. Would definitely recommend this company! Pros: they work around your schedule more

I called and had service installed the next day! These guys are fast. The installer went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly and I knew how to work the system. The HD quality is amazing! These guys know their stuff and are very helpful. Pros: Great Picture more

We had our service set up had no problems until the day before a big game. We thought sure enough being a weekend we were out of luck. We called the Dish Professionals and told them our system went out. They came out before the game started the next day and fixed our tv. Everything was good as new before game time. We got the best pricing through the dish professionals and $100 in gas just for signing up. We had to mail in the rebate for the gas voucher, but that was to be expected. Everything was just the way they said it would be. It was a pleasant experience doing business with them and we would recommend them to any of our friends or family. Pros: everything more

We had a terrible experience with our cable provider and called The Dish Professionals to weigh our options. We got more channels and a cheaper price going through The Dish Professionals. I called several companies shopping around for service and got a higher price when I called the Dish Professionals. After doing my own research the pricing I got from the Dish Professionals was correct. They were straight forward about everything I would be charged where as the other companies didn't disclose the extra fee for this or the extra fee for that. I guess they wanted to surprise me when I got my bill. I got the correct and best deal through the Dish Professionals and would recommend them to anyone. Pros: very helpful more

We went through Dish Professionals when we switched from Comcast to Direct TV in September of last year. We heard an ad on the radio that promised $100 in gas, $100 amex gift card and $25 Home Depot gift card. I called and asked several question, weighing our options. They told me that we would have to purchase a $100 receiver, which would have been free had we gone through Direct TV directly, but since we would still be $125 ahead, we decided to go through Dish Professionals. Big mistake! We eventually did receive the Home Depot card and some of the gas money, but what they don't tell you is that in order to get the rewards, you have to jump through numerous hoops and put in A LOT of time, which most people won't do. I was determined to get every cent out of them, and I was unemployed for a while so I had nothing but time. In order to get the Home Depot card, you have to send in a rebate form with $2.50 for shipping. I didn't read the rebate closely and put in a check for $2.50. The rebate was denied because I was supposed to use a chashier's check or money order. I called and complained enough that they got tired of me and agreed to let me send it in again. I had to spend additional money and time to get a money order, but I did eventually receive the Home Depot Card. One point for me! In order to get the gas money, you have to send in a rebate form each month, within 30 days of the expiration date printed on each rebate form. It takes several weeks to get your rebate, each in the amount of $10. Again, very time consuming and an expense with stamps, check, envelopes, and copying. Only the most organized people can pull this off. After dozens of phone calls, broken promises and a few tears, I am still waiting for my $100 amex gift card. I really wish I would have just gone through Direct TV and saved myself a lot of time and energy. Please, do not fall into their trap like I did. I consider myself to be a pretty smart consumer, but I also have faith in people. I believed that they would come through in the end, but after 8 months of this, I am very close to giving up. Even though I swore I would get every penny out of them that I was promised (it's the principle!), I just have too many other things to worry about. They make you jump through ridiculous amounts of hoops and they wear you down. They want you to give up so that they won't have to come through on their end. Please do not give them your business! I called the Dish Professionals off of a radio add. The were by far the most informative and upfront about how satellite works and what it would do for me. I am so happy with the deall that they gave me that I got 3 of my friends to sign up to and the Dish Professionals gavev me 150$ in credit just for my friends getting it too.. These guys are good more

I have been a Direct TV customer for years. I recently got a HD TV and needed to update my DVR... and we have a house guest that has her own TV in room that needed connecting. Dish network has been advertising a free HD DVR for new members, so I started looking into changing providers. A buddy of mine suggested Dish Professionals for my new service. I read these reviews and was a little concerned about the comments, but my buddy said he liked them. I called a other company they mislead me and did no show up too do the install. SO I called The Dish professionals they were great I talked to Josh he told me all about the system and how the billing works and what I will be paying I have got two bills and it is just like he said. they do have a agreement I had to sign but I am happy with what they have done for me. Also the gave me a $25 Home depot card just for signing up. I did have to mail a form in but I did get the card. Good Guys Pros: Up front more

This is with out a doubt the very worst company I have ever dealt with It is well enough said that the only way they can keep their customers is to get them to sign a contract no matter how they do it and charge outrages fees to force them to stay a customer. It is certainly not because of their service and customer care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST. Cons: There customers service. more
