O am sorry to say I am VERY disappointed with this business. We have used them for our water checks and chemicals for 3 years now. This year we hired them to close our pool. They scheduled to be out on Friday. When I returned home I found the pool cover on and the filter dismantled with the insides sitting in the yard, not hosed down. They left us a note stating they couldn't get the hose to work as it was on a portable timer (it is easily removed from the spigot just like any hose attachment.) I was called by the service department and told they would be there on Tuesday at noon (insides out of filter and water for 4 days now) they didn't come, then said they'd be there later that evening, then Wednesday...... Today I return a call from the service department that tells me that out filters need to be acid washed because the DE is caked on them. Well No way you don't say after they have been sitting in the sun and out of water for 1 week why would we expect anything else? Oh and of course they can acid wash it for us for a fee! This service department is TERRIBLE. Don't let the few post here fool you or the fact that some of them are from last year. I let it fool me and I am sorry. Remember this is a seasonal business so reviews from 2010 are not old. This business still is terrible at customer service. Don't become one of their prey. more

Dropped off my auto pool vac for repair. Was told it would take a few days. 8 days later I got a call from the old man who informed me (incoherently, he talked in circles)he did not know what was wrong with the vac and had to call the company. He said he would call us back. We stopped in the store 5 days later and found a pool vac sitting in the service department with OUR name on it that was NOT ours!!! We knew because of distingushing wear marks and the vac bag was a different color! He looked around on the shelves and pulled a vac with someone else's name on it and said it was ours (we could tell this part of the unit WAS ours) but the cart was OBVIOUSLY not our cart. It had A LOT of rust on it, and our unit did NOT! The worst part of this is (I can clean up the rust)is that the electrical box - which is a VITAL part of the system, could possibly also not be ours. He said our unit needed new motor that would cost $200b4 labor. Spoke to manufacturer.they said motor $60! CROOK! more

We ordered a pool cover over 6 weeks ago - Its still not covered. They did not ever show up when they said they would, not to get our old cover, install new anchors or put on the new cover. The new cover is not on... because its the wrong size. Even though they took the old cover as a template, they never sent it to the manufacturer (we called them). So the cover is too short and does not attach to the original anchors. Through the six weeks wait, we said, Please return our old cover so we have something... they couldn't find it. Today it turns up in the back of their building, but they couldn't find it??? NEVER use them. Our price quoted was $1145.00 which was to included installation and closing the pool. The bill presented? $1500.00. We are not paying $1500 for a cover that doesn't fit the pool. more

I have been using them to open and close my pool for a couple years... my pool has never looked so bad! First, they dumped everything on my cover into the pool. Secondly, they left some plugs in which had water gushing out of my heater. They would of saw this if they ever turned it on! Thirdly, the never put DE in so my filter, which I paid $250 to replace every grid was completely clogged with debris. They never even turned on the heater or switched the gas valve on. NEVER AGAIN will I make the mistake of using them. Also, my new service informed me that they illegally hooked up my heater and it will be ruined! The best is they did the same things to people I know this year! Pros: Karen is very nice and understanding Cons: service- you get what you pay for. Owners and Anthony more
