Better than expected 7/7/2014

My Air Conditioing stopped working so I called Discount Heating. They were able to set a time that actually worked with my schedule AND they were "On Time". The service rep was fast and seemed to locate the problem fast. It was only a broken wire that my landscaper weed wacked and made the AC unit not turn on. I am happy that I wasn't being lied to, in fact I felt very comfortable with their honesty and I will certainly use them again. All I know is that my house is very comfortable now. more

On Time and fixed fast 6/14/2012

I called them to set up a time to fix my broken air. They came out when they said, figured out the problem and asked me if they could fix it by giving me the cost beforehand. The office staff is real nice to deal with. Thank You! more

Very Happy! 2/19/2011

I woke up to a cold house this morning, Saturday of course. I am new to the area and I didn't have a heating guy. I called Discount Heating and a few other companies to check them out. Discount was the first one to call back in about 2 min. They were very nice. While I was talking to them another company called. The other company didn't really want to give me the time of day like Discount did so I didn't use them. So out of the 5 companies I called, only 2 called back. I had Discount come out and they were Fantastic, Honest and Respectful, they gave me all options up front. I will no longer need to look for another service company. Keep up the good work. more

Recent Service/Repair 9/9/2009

Good: GREAT SERVICE. They were willing to go over everything over the phone when I had first called them. They listened to me and in doing so..we were able to correct the issues that I had when two other more expensive companies could not. This one is a keeper!. Bad: I didn't like that I wasted my money on other companies. I should have called Discount Heating FIRST!. Improvements: Can't think of any. Other: Keep up the good work. It is very refreshing that an honest heating company is still out there. Great Job!. more
