My Air Conditioing stopped working so I called Discount Heating. They were able to set a time that actually worked with my schedule AND they were "On Time". The service rep was fast and seemed to locate the problem fast. It was only a broken wire that my landscaper weed wacked and made the AC unit not turn on. I am happy that I wasn't being lied to, in fact I felt very comfortable with their honesty and I will certainly use them again. All I know is that my house is very comfortable now.
