We have had three or four rooms done by Discount Quality Flooring. They're very good to deal with, honest to deal with, and we get a good quality product too. more

Discount Quality Flooring is excellent. I was looking for some carpet, just in my bedrooms, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money, because I didn't have a lot of money to spend. I wanted something durable, soft, and the main thing for me was finding something that wouldn't stain if my dog had an accident. She's a very good dog, has very good manners, and is very housebroken, but they all have accidents. I had Discount Quality Flooring put in something that would not stain and was guaranteed for life, and I hope it lives up to my expectations! I am pleased with it so far, and with them. They are very nice people over there. more

I first used Discount Quality Flooring fifteen years ago to install carpeting in my home. Recently, I got back in touch with them to have new carpet installed in my living room and bedroom. I'm very happy with results. I had 84 square yards of carpet installed with no problems, whatsoever. Chris and Mike were the technicians, and I was very pleased with them. They did a fabulous job. They cleaned up after themselves, and were just terrific to deal with. I bought top of the line carpet, and I definitely got what I paid for. Discount Quality Flooring were recommended to me at the local hardware store, because I wanted someone who could come to my condo and show me samples. They did just that, and I wound up hiring them. They just finished carpeting the master bedroom, and they did quite well. Mike and Chris were the installers on the job, and they worked very quickly, which I liked. They were also competent--it was clear that they knew what they were doing. I've actually hired them to do the rest of the place, as well. I haven't compared prices, but they seem to offer good value in terms of quality. more

Salesmen were very considerate; allowed us to take several samples home to help us make the right choice. They were extremely helpful as we were choosing laminate flooring for the first time. The best value was only one part of the equation. It is really the service and customer care that sold me. After I had the carpet installed, the manager called me and told me they hadn't needed as much as they thought and HE GAVE ME MONEY BACK!!!! Discount Quality Flooring was easy to work with, competitively priced, and the customer service was out of this world. We had them do two bedrooms for us. The installation was seamless. They helped me move the furniture out, let me vacuum once when the carpet was in, and then they put all the furniture back the way we wanted it. They didn't assume anything, but asked us where we would like everything placed. They were very, very good. The carpet looks beautiful. I complimented the owner of Discount Quality Flooring because the seams cannot be seen at all. They came to our house beforehand to look at how much carpet they would need and determined how they could do it with the least amount of seams. They wanted to make sure the seams were the least visible possible, but you can't see them at all. I also liked that they worked with us in order to use the least amount of carpet possible. A lot of places keep adding yardage of carpet to buy. Discount Quality Flooring figured out where the seams were, how much would need to be cut, and then used the extra to put in the walk-in closet. They didn't add yardage for the walk-in closet, but instead used the leftovers! Because the seams are so good it is impossible to notice that it was carpeted using leftovers, and they saved us money. more

I had never dealt with Discount Quality Flooring before, so I was a little skeptical, but Derek made is so easy. He didn't require a deposit or anything; he was so trusting. The installers, 3 men, were very professional. They had the old floor picked up and the new floor down within 4 or 5 hours. I had lots of questions about our wood floor, and they answered everything. They recommended what we could put under our furniture to protect the floors from scratches. We plan to use them again. We had a wood floor installed in the master bedroom. They pulled up the carpet and padding, and they hauled it away for us when they were done. They even swept the floors after they finished. I spoke with Derek a couple of times, and he was very knowledgeable about woods, the different strengths and tolerances of one wood to anther, from oak to teak. He wrote up an estimate for us right there in the store. He was down to earth and pleasant, a very nice gentleman. We are so happy with this floor that we are thinking about doing the other 2 bedrooms in the same. more

The showroom experience was fast, complete, friendly, informative and relaxed! They had the carpeting and flooring in short order (less than a week) the installers came when they said they would, were professional and friendly, they did a fast and terrific installation with absoulutely no problems at all! I have been in involved with Discount Quality Flooring for at least 15 years. They have always treated me well. The service is excellent, and the pricing is excellent. They have always been competitive in pricing. I use them for business, but they have also done some work for me personally. If there is any problem I can call and they immediately take care of it. more

My experience with Discount Quality Flooring was fine. I had them put in an earthworks vinyl that looks like ceramic tile. It turned out okay, but they left a lot of glue all over. They probably did that because they were pouring mineral spirits to get it off, and I didn't want them to do it, so they left it. Also, one tile is scraped, and the finish is worn on the top. I haven't had a chance to call them yet, but I need to. They were responsive to my needs by getting in the samples that I wanted. It took a while, but they did do that. Also, Derek was very nice to work with. There were a couple things with the installer. He did the final product, and it looks good, but there were just some things, like the transitions, that I wasn't real happy with. I had them get different transitions, so all in all it's fine. more

I don't know much about the value of the product, because I depended on my son and on Derek at Discount Quality Flooring. I like them, and my son referred Derek to me. The service was very, very good. Everything went along fine. They put down flooring in a bedroom, a living room, and a hallway. It looks like it is wood, but I don't remember what it actually is. I think it looks very good. I was completely satisfied with what they did and how it turned out. more
