Discount Quality Flooring was easy to work with, competitively priced, and the customer service was out of this world. We had them do two bedrooms for us. The installation was seamless. They helped me move the furniture out, let me vacuum once when the carpet was in, and then they put all the furniture back the way we wanted it. They didn't assume anything, but asked us where we would like everything placed. They were very, very good.
The carpet looks beautiful. I complimented the owner of Discount Quality Flooring because the seams cannot be seen at all. They came to our house beforehand to look at how much carpet they would need and determined how they could do it with the least amount of seams. They wanted to make sure the seams were the least visible possible, but you can't see them at all.
I also liked that they worked with us in order to use the least amount of carpet possible. A lot of places keep adding yardage of carpet to buy. Discount Quality Flooring figured out where the seams were, how much would need to be cut, and then used the extra to put in the walk-in closet. They didn't add yardage for the walk-in closet, but instead used the leftovers! Because the seams are so good it is impossible to notice that it was carpeted using leftovers, and they saved us money.
