I had never dealt with Discount Quality Flooring before, so I was a little skeptical, but Derek made is so easy. He didn't require a deposit or anything; he was so trusting. The installers, 3 men, were very professional. They had the old floor picked up and the new floor down within 4 or 5 hours.
I had lots of questions about our wood floor, and they answered everything. They recommended what we could put under our furniture to protect the floors from scratches. We plan to use them again. We had a wood floor installed in the master bedroom. They pulled up the carpet and padding, and they hauled it away for us when they were done. They even swept the floors after they finished.
I spoke with Derek a couple of times, and he was very knowledgeable about woods, the different strengths and tolerances of one wood to anther, from oak to teak. He wrote up an estimate for us right there in the store. He was down to earth and pleasant, a very nice gentleman. We are so happy with this floor that we are thinking about doing the other 2 bedrooms in the same.
