Good: I always have my doubts when I use small business services like Discount Battery, can they offer the same service and low price as the bigger stores? I know they can't buy the amount that big stores can which means high price per unit. I was pleasantly mistaken. I needed a battery after putting off recharging mine too long. I went to the closest place to my house. The guys took care of me and I was in and out very quickly. Nice folks, the prices were the same as I seen online at the national stores.. Bad: I am a marketer by trade and I think I would have liked to have seen the staff in button down shirts instead of their laid back black T-shirts. I knew these guys knew their stuff by the way they were talking and how insanely quick they knew what I needed but a nice shirt would have made me assume they knew their stuff before my surprisingly satisfied departure from the store.. Improvements: I would get a better uniform for the employees, increase the parking area. Other than that, the price was great, the staff was great, and I got a warranty that I am completely satisfied with. Very happy with my purchase.. Other: It felt good to walk out of a store with exactly what I needed. I shared my sense of satisfaction with the staff there. They told me that I should go online and let others know. I deal with a lot of people on a regular basis & a large portion of the business I gain is due to word of mouth. I was glad to find a place online to share my thoughts about this wonderful business. This place is small but it has everything you could possibly look for in car battery shop. Smart staff, quick service, & great prices!.
