I was very happy with my experience with Discount Battery. They were honest and they took the time to get to know my problem before suggesting what I needed.
This is my story:
My car was not starting very well. My neighbor thought I needed a new battery and suggested Discount Battery. It was hard to miss, bright yellow store front.
I looked up what battery my car took before hand online. I knew the battery my car needed. The gentleman behind the counter knew off hand the battery my car needed. He asked me a lot of questions about my situation and about how I use my car. I brought my car into the bay and he checked out a few things. He informed me that my alternator was doing its job and that my battery was nearly five years old. He told me that a new battery was best for my situation and gave me a couple of options with various warranties.
I never felt like I was being pressured and I always felt like I was working with the gentleman selling me my battery. He installed my battery very quickly. I felt good about my purchase. Wish I did not need a new battery but this is one less thing to worry about for me. My neighbor was right about this place. I'm glad I went here instead of a parts store. I feel out of place there and I just wanted someone to take care of this for me and that is what I got at Discount Battery.
