Speed, courtesy, and attention to details. 5/11/2015

Promptness is the single most important aspect in resolving any water intrusion event. Disaster Plus was in place and began their clean-up and water extraction work within hours of our washing machine failure. Nearly 1,000 gal of water were removed from our 2-story home and the house was fully dried within about 70 hours. There have been no trailing issues or problems. more

A positive experience. 3/18/2015

My experience with Disaster Plus was a positive one. They arrived within 1 hour, late on a Sunday afternoon. They sent knowledgeable, qualified technicians to take care of the problem. They made suggestions, but ultimately left the decisions up to me without feeling pressured. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter how large (or small as was mine) your water problems may be. more

Great customer service and Great work 3/12/2015

We had to call Disaster Plus at night and they were quick to respond and came out to work until the early morning hours. They were back the next day and worked to get the house dry. They worked well with insurance, which relieved a lot of stress on us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has this type of situation, although I hope we never have to use them again. :) more

Very professional 12/18/2014

I had extensive moisture damage in the crawlspace of my 35 years old home. My dealings with Crawlspace from the initial inspection and quote until the competion of the installation has been nothiig but professional. The installers were all very courteous and i was kept informed of all aspects of the job including when they were held up due to traffic and would be late arriving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and would not hesitate to open my crawl space for inspection by any prospective clients. more

Highly recommend them for any disaster recovery! 12/11/2014

I had an overflowed sink that flooded half of my upstairs, my kitchen, and under my house. I called DisasterPlus because of their ad, and they responded promptly. They came in, cleaned up everything, and set things up to be dried out. Within 72 hours, they had completed their work and were out of there! The technicians were friendly and polite, and I was comfortable enough with them to leave them a house key to come in and out. The service provided was excellent! more

Disaster Plus did a fabulous job for us!! 11/17/2014

A pipe burst in our garage around 7:00 p.m. and I was home alone. These guys were at our home within 30 minutes and took complete control. Half of our garage was storage to antiques and rugs that were sentimental heirlooms from my Mother. We lost nothing thanks to their prompt service and knowledge. I would highly recommend them!! more

DisasterPlus was wonderful. One time our water heater had exploded while I was out of town and my son was the only one at our home. I called DisasterPlus and they arrived to help my son within the hour. I was very pleased that they resolved the problem and were careful with our belongings. They dried our carpets and were careful with our furniture. more

DisasterPlus is extremely professional, and they know what they're doing. They encapsulated underneath my house, and though I don't know much about encapsulations, I'm confident that they did a great job. I had my ducts done recently, and they commented that they did excellent work, and if an air conditioning company can confirm it, I know that they did the job right. The technician arrived right on time at 9AM sharp. I really appreciated that because I live in Goose Creek, which is about 25 miles from the city. Their measurements were right on target, too. I liked that they were professional. It was an entirely new experience for me to have someone explain everything and show me the materials they were using. I would recommend DisasterPlus without any hesitation. These guys are the best of the best. more

Love the phone number as much as the service! 10/13/2014

I called my normal carpet cleaners at 7:15am and did not get an answer. I called 7-247-247 (as I recalled their phone number from the commercials) and was pleasantly surprised that the phone call was answered that early! The team came out in about an hour. They did a great job cleaning our water damage. I will certainly use this company again if needed. more

DisasterPlus is very timely even when the task is very time consuming. Another company installed a washing machine that flooded my house and at a time when people are upset, their staff are really understanding which makes a lot of difference when your frustrated over a disaster in your house. They're friendly people and very easy to get along with. I have to have them in my house everyday for five or so days and they've been very pleasurable and professional and worked around us completely. more

I had my washer overflow and it flooded my house upstairs and made its way into my garage. DisasterPlus was the easiest number to remember and we had called them around 7 at night, which was after their operating hours. They arrived in 45 minutes and helped us clean up the mess. The next day they came back the time they said would, and helped dry out the wet spots. They were easy to talk to and good at explaining the work they did to fix the damage. They even told us what to do next and gave us references such as contractors and references. more

DisasterPlus came out and mitigated some water damage from a hot water heater that had burst. They did an excellent job, and everything turned out as well as to be expected under the circumstance. They did everything when they said they were going to do it, and I was extremely satisfied. more

DisasterPlus were great across the board. I had an A/C go on the roof and the water came through the ceiling. They were here within twenty minutes of my call. They set everything up, cleaned up, and the operation was smooth and efficient. Definitely did a great job. more

Very responsive 6/23/2014

DisasterPlus responded immediately to our request. They came in on Sunday and worked until 3 in the morning to get sitting water off of a floor. They dried out the floor and the plywood underneath. They explained everything they were doing, and I was impressed with their equipment. They were respectful of the personal property, and everything turned out fine. more

Extremely helfpul! 4/6/2014

Disaster Plus was prompt, efficient, and made a difficult situation easier to manage when our home flooded. Initially, the insurance company was not going to replace our flooring, but Disaster Plus advocated for us since the flooring did not return to its original condition. With the backing of Disaster Plus, the insurance company reversed their decision and we will be able to get new flooring!! more

Every one that I had talked to at Disaster Plus was a real pro 3/12/2014

We had a kitchen roof collapse due to a water pipe brake for the cold weather. The Disaster Plus respond with a sense of urgency and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix the problem. I could not give Disaster plus a higher rating. more
