Disaster Plus

We had a serious plumbing leak that affected three rooms and a hallway in our eight-week-old home. Our builder called DisasterPlus and we are so glad they stepped in. They were so polite and courteous in a disaster situation, that they made us feel calm. We have antiques that we have spent a lifetime collecting and they work in a completely professional manner, which made us feel comfortable with them. I'm so glad that our builder called them and not someone else. I almost felt like they went the ectra mile to ensure us, as owners of these things that mean a great deal. They took pride in their work and they were just so sensitive in dealing with us. Everyone took the time to ask questions and answer the questions that we had for them. We couldn't have asked for someone more professional. They give the feeling of "Oh boy, are we glad they're here." Just today I spoke to someone and they said they would call back with an answer and I didn't expect them to actually call back, most people wouldn't have, but they did. They just follow through with everything they say they're going to. more

My friend's ceiling collapsed in his home and it was real traumatizing for him. He was sitting there and it literally collapsed over him. We had water damage on our hardwood floors from a leak in the dishwater and we called DisasterPlus. They came in with what I thought was unique equipment and pulled the water out of the floor.
