Great service!!!!!!!!! 6/11/2012

We were hit by the June 6th hail/rain storm. Had water coming in our window wells which flooded our basement. I had great response and wonderful customer service from Turina (sp?) who answered the phone. She was so wonderful! Robert and Aerinanha came out and extracted the water - took up the carpet and placed the fans. Came back again to remove the remainder of the carpte and re-place the fans. They were GREAT! Also, I have a new puppy which of course wanted to speed out the front door - Robert and Aerinanha made sure the door was shut so my baby could not get out. I hope I don't need the service again but if I do I will certainly call Disaster Cleanup Services. more

Great work - Nice and Knowledgeable 6/11/2012

JT and David came out late on a week night to do the analysis and initiate the drying process in my house, which had sustained a leak from the unit above it. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Their follow up and communication through the whole process assured me that there would be no residual damage. I will definitely refer them to anyone running into these unfortunate situations! more

Would Definitely Use Again 6/4/2012

We had a water leak from our master shower. After reading reviews and checking BBB we called Disaster Cleanup Services. Our assigned project manager, JT, promptly started making the arrangements to head to our house. Once here, JT confirmed the problem and arranged an awesome plumber. Problem fixed, everything dried out and sanitized. Communication was excellent, planning, follow-up and completion well done. Would definitely recommend to others and if ever we have another problem, Disaster Cleanup will be called immediately! more

Did a great job both times! 6/4/2012

This is the second event we've had that Disaster Cleanup Services has helped me with! One was a sprinkler break, which caused a flood, and the other was a septic break. They did a great job both times! We had known Disaster Cleanup Services through a friend of mine. They have great service, they're reliable, and very fair! more

Took care of everything! 5/25/2012

Disaster Cleanup Services came in the middle of the night. It was an emergency and they took care of everything. The water heater broke, so they tore out the carpet and tile in the bathroom, moved all the furniture, and put in fans to mitigate mold. Disaster Cleanup Services did a good job! more

The people at Disaster Cleanup Services were very friendly and explained the processes about how everything was going to work. They were good to work with. I had a flood in my house, and Disaster Cleanup Services did things like rip off the carpeting, and put in fans and humidifiers. It was a lot of work. I would recommend Disaster Cleanup Services. They're on time, knowledgeable, and very nice. more

Disaster Cleanup Services cleaned up the flood in my house. The quality of the work was great, they did a really good job. There were parts I liked and parts I did not like, like getting the job completed behind schedule. more

Fast and dependable 4/3/2012

I first called around several other places and no one was available. Then I called Disaster Cleanup Services and immediately had 3 separate teams show up within a few hours. They worked late into the evening and early in the morning. more

The whole team from Disaster Cleanup Services was very nice, knowledgeable, and they show up in a timely manor. They came the same day I had a mini flood in my kitchen. Glen was really great and he took time to make sure everything was done quickly and correctly. more

I will say, they are all very professional at Disaster Cleanup Services. I spoke with Gregg myself and he was very professional and nice. The team was quick, efficient, and very nice to my wife and kid. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. They also kept me up to date about the progress of their work. more

Great Company! 3/7/2012

We were going to remodel our bathroom and my contractor noticed water damage with potential mold. My contractor called Colorado Disaster Cleanup and I could not be happier. I thought that the entire cost was going to be billed to me. To my surprise, my insurance covered the cost and I now have a new bathroom and laundry room. Glenn is polite and courteous and his staff is fantastic. They came in and got to work right away and are finishing up as we speak. If you have water damage and need it fixed, this is the first place to call! You will not be disappointed. more

Good service, but communication and timeliness were not their strong points. 3/5/2012

The initial visit was very positive and punctual. After that we were never sure when they were gonna come, or if anyone was going to come. Their timeliness was not great and the communication was not what I would have expected. We had to ask a lot of question's to make sure we knew what was going on. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up very well and we were happy with the job done. more

Not a bad service. 2/15/2012

We had a water spill that we called Disaster Cleanup Services about. When they arrived they were taking out the base plates and those were screwed in. They had to destroy them all to get the job done. It seemed like they could have been more careful or polite about that. Otherwise they were ok to work with but I dont think I would use them again. more
