My 15 year old AC/Furnace system developed a Freon leak. The initial service call recommended a full system replacement. I asked who he (the service tech) would recommend for competitive quotes...Dipple was one of them. Of three who quoted, Dipple was the only one who recommended replacing only the AC. All others quoted AC and Furnace. Cost was, of course, significantly less but I was given the impact down the road with this choice. Made sense. Install was great. The kind of people you ask to stay for dinner. Follow up unexpectedly professional. They are my go-to source for AC/Heat/Plumbing.
