Stay away from Dinsmore Cleaners ! The photos at the top are of a dress shirt they dry cleaned for me. Returned to me by Dinsmore with lines and dirt. Their quality is poor, their attitudes reflect an insensitivity to legitimate customer complaints. The plant manager, Mary Beth will simply give you a refund and state ""I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy."" \r \r It would have been more appropriately stated by her to say ""I'm sorry we couldn't provide you with a reasonable standard of quality.""\r \r She certainly appears to hold no value in maintaining a long term business relationship. I recommend using a different cleaner. One who appreciates and values their customers.\r \r Extremely disappointed! more

I can not even give this place 1 star, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere, specifically from the owner/manager Mary-Beth!!!! They ruined some of the items I have brought in and when I brought it to their attention, they said I must not have looked at it when I brought it in.... I don't think so! If you want your clothes ruined, and to be insulted by an entire business this is the place for you! We are trying to support local businesses, but having repeat experiences like this at both locations of this dry cleaners, made us go elsewhere. How can a business thrive when the owners and people in place to manage things do not care about their customers and their garments you entrust to them?! My wedding gown that I had brought in ( horrible mistake) was absolutely ruined! I am still arguing with them about it, and basically they are telling me I am SOL, when i argued I should not have to pay for the press because it was SOOO wrinkled, Mary-Beth's response was "" do you want me to press it better?""... I'm sorry, why would you not press it correctly the first time?!?!?! For your and your clothes sake, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!! more

Dinsmore might be the worst dry cleaner on earth. Not only have they ruined items that I have brought to them over the past 10 years but their customer service is actually worse than their service. They do terrible work AND they absolutely refuse to take any sort of responsibility for it. Every few years I try and go back to them to support a local NE business, but their absolute destruction of one my wifes favorite dresses means is the last straw. They actually had the audacity to claim that the garment itself was to blame. Strangely the multiple previous times it was laundered elsewhere this was not a problem. They never returned calls and were only willing to reimburse us for the cleaning. Please do not make the same mistake we have. Take your business elsewhere. more

This place is an eyesore. They have loud annoying customers. They let their customers play loud music and yell at each other. Just yesterday a customer had a pitbull who was not on a leash. This dog got away twice and nearly attacked another cusomter and a kid on a bike. I am embarrased for these people who act like trash. Dinsmore needs to do something about this. I will no longer give them my business. There are homes surrounding this business and the clientale acts rude with zero respect. more
