Purchased a Natuzzi sectional from this store and was given a time period of 3-5 months for delivery. I received my merchandise in perfect condition in 3 months and a few weeks. I have friends who purchased couches form other stores and are waiting 6 7 months for the same merchandise. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Everyone i met with there was extremely helpful and professional.. Ive had friends who have been shopping with them for the last 15 years and Ive never heard anyone with a problem.If a problem does arise they handle it swiftly and professionally. Very frustrated - couch was supposed to be in a few weeks ago, and I am getting the run-around. Still have no idea when it will be here. I've called and asked for status, and am told that the shipping company is taking a very long time to get the couch here. The last time I called, the girl was going to call the shipper and see where it was, then call me right back. I never heard back from her, and now I've called a few days in a row and nobody even picks up the phone! more

I bought a natuzzi couch from them earlier this year. The salesperson, Nick was very friendly and helpful. They promised I would get the couch mid July. When time was near I checked w store to set up a delivery date when I was told the couch would ship mid July and take 3 weeks. Come mid July, they kept telling me should find out any day. Now it almost end July and everytime I call they wont return my phonecalls and give me a different answer to when my furniture will arrive. They always give an excuse like person i need to talk w/ is busy or isnt in, and they have never returned my phone calls. As it stands now I will be lucky to get the couch by Sept. \r \r I will never do biz w/ these people again. I dont reccomend anyone to do biz w/ them either.
