I bought a natuzzi couch from them earlier this year. The salesperson, Nick was very friendly and helpful. They promised I would get the couch mid July. When time was near I checked w store to set up a delivery date when I was told the couch would ship mid July and take 3 weeks. Come mid July, they kept telling me should find out any day. Now it almost end July and everytime I call they wont return my phonecalls and give me a different answer to when my furniture will arrive. They always give an excuse like person i need to talk w/ is busy or isnt in, and they have never returned my phone calls. As it stands now I will be lucky to get the couch by Sept. \r

I will never do biz w/ these people again. I dont reccomend anyone to do biz w/ them either. Thier customer service is horrible and they are all liars.\r
