After getting through some bad times financially, I thought I had little hope of getting a great car. Blaine made it happen. We got it done, and I'm forever grateful. I'm a proud owner of 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Great car!!! Couldn't be more proud.
Blaine handled the sales experience as a person with a mission to get something done. He's a very excitable and interesting person to watch and listen to. Several months later, I experienced an engine failure due to a defective part that NOBODY could have seen or seen coming. After an awful experience trying to get it taken care of at Dave Edwards Hyundai in Spartanburg, SC, I called up and took my issue to Dick Smith in Greenville. They took care of me without question and without fail.
My car's issue was a serious one that required the engine to be replaced. Chris Strayer challenged his crew to get my car taken care of in a professional and great manner under the demand of MY hectic work schedule that requires me to use the car for travel. Chris took time to not only go through the checklist of getting things done to get my car going again, but took time to listen to my experiences and took steps to ensure that Dick Smith stood above the fray.
