We got an excellent deal when buying our 2012 Sonata SE with all the bells and whistles last weekend. We had comparable offers from other dealers, but we chose to do business with Dick Smith because of our sales person Blaine McIntosh. Very professional. We actually started looking at the 2011 close-outs, and were ready to buy. Blaine, however, explained to us what new features would be on the 2012 that would be arriving within a month; in effect, he pushed us away from doing a quick deal to waiting on a better vehicle, When the new models arrived, he took a lot of time explaining to us every detail of the car and got answers from Hyundai when they were not known locally. We were treated very well by the Business Manager, Jason Styron, and we were introduced to the Service Manager and others in the organization. A good buying experience, with absolutely no pressure. Thus far, we absolutely love our car. Several people have stopped next to us and asked about the vehicle: real eye candy.
