Incredible Service Department 12/2/2011

I've never purchased a car from Dick Smith, but the service has always been phenomenal. What really stands out about the service department is the friendly service and expert diagnostic abilities. All this starts with the manager, Chris. Unlike many car places, Chris is an expert mechanic who knows what he's talking about and will personally diagnose problematic vehichles. This ensures that it gets done right the first time at minimal cost to me, the owner. more

Sonata 11/30/2011

I went to Dick Smith Hyundai to look at the Sonata. I met Blaine McIntosh, one of their salesmen, who was exceptionally helpful. He was pleasant and I enjoyed working with him. If I decide to purchase a Hyundai, I have absolutely no reservations about doing business with Blaine or the dealership. more

Thanks for all the hardwork put into helping me get my new car. Charles the sales manager really did his diligence when it came to helping me get my new car. He gave me a better deal than any one else on my new car. They also went and got it for me because I wanted a car that was not in stock, and very hard to findAfter agreeing to everything, they had me riding in my new car within 72 hours. Car Buying Made Easy!!! 11/25/2011

I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Dick Smith Hyundai at the Greenville location. This is my fourth purchase from Dick Smith and Charles Black has been my salesperson everytime. My first purchase from him was when he was a salesman in Lexington. Now he is in Greenville and is the salesmanager. I can see why he is the salesmanager of the Greenville store. The man knows what he is doing and how to keep customers happy and doing return business. more

I had a great experience at Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville SC. I was able to get the exact car I was looking for and at the right too. Thanks to Charles Black and the Dick Smith Auto Group it is the best car purchase I have ever made. He made sure Iwas happy with my selection, the price and the terms of my loan. Fantastic Service 11/20/2011

My wife and I did a lot of new car shopping and stopped at a lot of locations in the Greenville area and had some pleasant encounters and some that completely turned us off. When we got to Dick Smith, we started talking with Blaine McIntosh and visited several times until we made a final decision. Not once did Blaine make us feel uncomfortable or try any of the cheesy car sales tactics with us. He was professional and one of the most pleasant sales people we have ever dealt with. He truly was a person that showed strong integrity and a desire to make us satisfied customers of this dealership. Best of all, he kept every promise he made and allowed us to have a great experience buying not just one car, but TWO CARS. Yes, we felt that comfortable with Dick Smith and Blaine and the Hyundai product that we decided to go ahead and replace both of our vehicles with a Santa Fe GLS and an Elantra Limited. I bought a new Sonata from the sales team at Dick Smith Hyundai. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I just wanted to say thank you to Jason Styron, I bought a Altima from Jason who took great care of me, a few months later I took my son to Jason Styron and he also sold a Hyundai elentra to my son then I came back and bought a genissis coupe, if I had to refer a friend I would diffently recommend dick smith @ congree road in Greenville. It is very nice to know there are people out there you can trust and don't rush you int anything. Thank you Jason and all the friendly people at dick smith. more
