I've never purchased a car from Dick Smith, but the service has always been phenomenal. What really stands out about the service department is the friendly service and expert diagnostic abilities. All this starts with the manager, Chris. Unlike many car places, Chris is an expert mechanic who knows what he's talking about and will personally diagnose problematic vehichles. This ensures that it gets done right the first time at minimal cost to me, the owner.
