I was referred to Lee Cook by some friends that had recently purchased a car at Dick Smith. I can say they did not disappoint!! I told him what I was looking for and they happened to have something close at one of their other locations. He had it brought down for me and worked a good deal out. Thanks again for helping me find my suv!! more

Love my expedition 12/17/2011

When you have 6 kids you options are limited, we were down to the Expedition, Tahoe or Mini- Van(ughh). Chose the Expedition and decided to go shopping and met Nathan Beard at dick smith ford. Had 4 of the kids originally, mistake, so we made an appointment to come back over weekend. Needed some extra DVD players put in thrid row, Nate made that simple. Great Experience even when we come back Nate says hello and takes a little time to mess with the kids. more

Love my Altima 12/17/2011

Bought an Altima from Nathan Beard, wasnt anything fancy just needed something to get back and forth to work. I had very little cash to spend and every where I went got the look of "" seriously and 2000 car?"". Maybe it was just luck but Nathan had one and treated me like I was buying a $20,000 car. made me feel like I was appreciated.. thanks more

I have been wanting a 5 series BMW for a long time. Little did I know I would find one at a Ford Store. I made a phone call into the dealership and Nathan Beard answered the phone. I set up an appointment with him and came in to test drive the BMW. I was greeted with a smile and we headed for the highway..... needless to say I was sold. Nathan did a great job with everything he knew a lot about the car...showed me the features, even though he is a Ford man he knew his stuff. Love my car, loved the service. more

I am loving my new F-150. Dick Smith Ford has such a great selection of F-150s it's incredible! Once I picked out the truck I wanted Roger Neal and his team went to work and got me the payment that fit my budget. There was no hassle thru out the whole process. I am very satisfied with my experience at Dick Smith Ford and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great deal. Thanks guys! more

Greatest Salesperson Ever! 12/16/2011

Robert Hiller at the Ford Dick Smith store on two notch rd in Columbia SC was an excellent salesman! I purchased a Ford Mustang and he really took time to find the car for me! He took the time to help work out the best deal. With Mr. Hiller it was not just about making the sale, but I felt his genuine concern it making sure that I would be happy with the car I bought. He is wonderful and truly have been my go to guy when ever my friends, family, or myself are in the market to buy a car. Thanks for your overall great service! more

Went above and beyond! 12/16/2011

I went into Dick Smith Ford just to ask some questions about how to straighten out a title issue I was having with my vehicle. The receptionist directed me over to Lee Cook the sales manager at the dealership. Mr. Cook answered all my questions and even provided me with the necessary paperwork to take to the DMV to take care of my issue. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure that everything was taken care of. I'm not quite ready to purchase another vehicle yet, but when I do I will be seeing Mr. Cook!! more
