2nd VW At Hannah's VW of Portland 2/20/2011

I went to Hannah's of Portland to trade in my 2004 VW Jetta for a 2011 Jetta TDI Diesel.I was glad to run in to Steve Burke since he was the one who sold me my 2004 VW Jetta. Once again he was straight forward and fun to work with Steve makes it pretty painless to do buisness with, and I love the customers for life program, Tires for life, Car washes for life. I know where I will be buying my 3rd car from.Thanks Again Steve and the whole Hannah VW Staff Job Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Very easy to work with!! 2/19/2011

I went to Hannah's Volkswagen of Portland looking to buy a 2011 VW Golf. I started working with Cameron Hollis and immediately liked his personality. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The customer service was excellent. We talked and his manager Mike was also involved. They both worked very hard to get me into this car. I have some things I need to take care of before I can purchase but I am sure I will be going back to Hannah. I definately want to work with Cameron and Mike. \r \r more

volkswagens best dealer 2/15/2011

I just recently bought a Routan at the Volkswagon dealership in Portland and i couldn't be happier with my van and the great customer service i received. \r \r Noe Galvez was the car dealer that attended us that day. We test drove a couple of different cars for about 2 days and finally decided to buy the Routan on the 2nd night. Talk about patience by Noe. My husband did not have to think about it twice on the second day. It made him feel like the captain while we drove off with our brand new van, leather seats, captain chairs, seat warmers, different temp settings for the front and back, 2 tv great for traveling!\r power windows, built in dvd players as well as navigation system.\r \r It didn't cross my mind we would be walking out with a new van that day however Noe was great! We couldn't have asked for better, not only was he very conversational and knew his stuff he is also bi-lingual and made it tons easier to communicate. As many questions as we asked he didnt hesitate to answer.\r \r Overall we had a great experience at Portland dick hannah's and i wouldn't think twice about recommending them. more

Nice Experience 12/21/2010

I'm one of those people who's skin starts to crawl the moment they step into a hard sell kind of situation. As a result car lots are not my favorite places. My wife and I stopped by here after deciding it was time for a new car. I had a Toyota Corolla that while still in fine working order after 11 years of use, was no longer comfortable during long drives and I worried about it's safety now that my wife has to drive a long distance to work. I had already done my homework so I knew we wanted a Jetta TDI and I had already gotten pre-aproval with our bank for a small loan. Our sales person ended up being Tony Cash who was very friendly and not a hard sell. He was very interested in making sure that we were happy. Hannah's has a Customer for Life thing that they do were certain types of maintenance and upkeep are free. We'll have to see how that pans out long term. But in the end we have a new Salsa Red Jetta TDI that my wife and I are both very happy with so far. And our sales person Tony was nice to work with. more

Customer for Life 11/22/2010

The Hannah's ""new"" Customer for Life service is amazing. Gives me complete confidence in my used car purchase. From the Salesman, to the Financial specialist, everyone listened to what I was looking for and went out of their way to make me happy, both during and after the purchase. They had reasonable prices, and backed it up with amazing dealer services. Their follow through on statements, including reminding me to service my vehicle with them for free has been exemplary. I will definitely be working with them in the future. more
