I'm one of those people who's skin starts to crawl the moment they step into a hard sell kind of situation. As a result car lots are not my favorite places.
My wife and I stopped by here after deciding it was time for a new car. I had a Toyota Corolla that while still in fine working order after 11 years of use, was no longer comfortable during long drives and I worried about it's safety now that my wife has to drive a long distance to work.
I had already done my homework so I knew we wanted a Jetta TDI and I had already gotten pre-aproval with our bank for a small loan.
Our sales person ended up being Tony Cash who was very friendly and not a hard sell. He was very interested in making sure that we were happy.
Hannah's has a Customer for Life thing that they do were certain types of maintenance and upkeep are free. We'll have to see how that pans out long term.
But in the end we have a new Salsa Red Jetta TDI that my wife and I are both very happy with so far. And our sales person Tony was nice to work with.
