I just recently bought a Routan at the Volkswagon dealership in Portland and i couldn't be happier with my van and the great customer service i received. \r

Noe Galvez was the car dealer that attended us that day. We test drove a couple of different cars for about 2 days and finally decided to buy the Routan on the 2nd night. Talk about patience by Noe. My husband did not have to think about it twice on the second day. It made him feel like the captain while we drove off with our brand new van, leather seats, captain chairs, seat warmers, different temp settings for the front and back, 2 tv great for traveling!\r
power windows, built in dvd players as well as navigation system.\r

It didn't cross my mind we would be walking out with a new van that day however Noe was great! We couldn't have asked for better, not only was he very conversational and knew his stuff he is also bi-lingual and made it tons easier to communicate. As many questions as we asked he didnt hesitate to answer.\r

Overall we had a great experience at Portland dick hannah's and i wouldn't think twice about recommending them.
