Car salespeople are the best con artists 4/16/2008

Hannah car lot is just like any other. The sales people are nice and friendly and like to jack up the prices of a car so they can get a larger commission. Just make sure you look up online what the kelly blue book on the car is and what the msrp is because they quoted me $4000 more than what the car is selling for at all the other places in the area. They are really good at at what they do, which is basically con you you out of your hard earned cash. Pros: They have a lot of good cars Cons: They don't like to negotiate. more

Terry is the king. I got a new car, great condition. Lots of free gas, a free car washes for life, free tires. I'm very satisfied, very happy. This place is a shining light from heaven. Pros: Tons of vehicles to choose from. The place to go. Cons: Nothing that other dealers don't share. more

Best Customer Service Ever 3/15/2008

The service at DickHannah in Vancouver has the best people working for them. I was helped by Billejean and Vince. They both were so helpful. Vince took my car as a trade in and worked hard to get me a newer car. The car I am driving away with is newer and alot better. Both were so friendly and treated you like a friend and not just a customer. I brought a friend here and my daughter. They are awesome. more

On 3/08/08 came into DickHannah Best Buy lot to look at a few cars. We had selsected a few that met out interested and were able to test drive a couple and found one to meet our needs.
