I was looking for an inexpensive reliable vehicle, and I stopped at DickHannah BestBuy. Tibi helped me find a car that both my wife and I really like. True customer for life 6/29/2008

I bought my car almost a year ago and DickHannah has been wonderful the whole time. When I first bought it there was a problem with the car about a month later. I called and told them about it and brought it in. They gave me a loaner (which I have to say was even better then the car I bought) and by the next day it was ready. I have had no problems since then and they did everything for free. The reason I?m writing this is not only how they treated me the first day but how even now they call to make sure everything is fine with the car. My saleswoman Billy jean and everyone else there is worth going there alone not to mention all the other benefits that came with buying from them. more

My Car! 6/29/2008

Better rates and vehicles to choose from. The couple of other car places I stopped off at all showed me cars that were broken down and barely ran. They didn?t treat me like I was beneath them and really made me feel good about everything. Billy Jean explained things so I could understand and didn?t pressure me. I WILL be coming back next time I buy a car and I won?t make any stops before I get there. It did take a little time to find my car but it was totally worth it. more

I went to DickHannah and they showed me a lot of vehicles. They do have a wide selection, better then all the other places that I went. My favorite part of my experience with DickHannah was the customer service. I worked with Billejean and she was great. I would send everyone one I know to her. more

we actually got the car we wanted, the price we wanted, the payments we wanted and Tibi really helped get the process going we got turned down from hannah kia so i really suggest that you go there first more

I was there the other day and Billejean helped me buy a vehicle. Other dealers that I had been to were pushy and didn't listen to me. Billejean really listened and I got something that I liked and could still afford. I wish I had gone there in the first place. It sure would have made me feel better about the whole car buying experience. I won't make that mistake twice! more

i came in with no credit and left that day with a beautiful car. being a first time buyer i was worried i wouldn't find a nice affordable car. but Tibi helped me figure out all the details and made sure i was happy with everything =] i would highly recommend checking them out!! wow i went to three other dealerships and i was turned down at all three. i did not think i could ever get a car. after talking to vincent on the phone a couple of times i decied to give it one more shot just because i needed a car bad. vincent went over my credit with me and explaned things and showed me what i could do to improve my credit. then he asked me what my needs were. . when he pulled up some cars i just new there was no way i could get approved for one of these.Not only did i get a car that was newer than i expected (2007)the payment was lower then i expected. thank you vincent and thank you dickhannah !!!!!!!\r dickhannah has very nice cars and a lot of them Pros: excellent customer service, nice cars, free food more

It was such a joy to buy a car from nice people instead of your classic slick used car sales man. As a single mom it was fantastic to pick my first car and be treated with repect. I'm a customer for life. Pros: the people Cons: why is the payment always more then you want more

Hannah had a very large selection to choose from, although I couldn't afford them all. \r \r Billy Jean found just the right car at a good price and they even got me finance at the same place.\r \r I will for sure recommend to friends and family.\r more

unbelivable!!! excellent customer service nice cars low prices 5/18/2008

I was contacted by many car dealerships and visited several. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted as far as type of car and monthly payments. i was treated like a second class citizen because I have bad credit. I found that everything I was told at the other dealerships was not true when I went to see Vincent. He sat us down and actually listened to us. He also showed us things to do to fix our credit I had so many cars to choose from it felt like Christmas. Vincent showed me more cars then most of the others have on there whole car lot. I am so happy that Vincent listened and got me a cute gas saver with low miles and low payments. Vincent I am your customer for life! \r \r \r \r Pros: car selection,customer service . food offered Cons: had to wait 1hr to sign paperwork more

This was my first time to buy a car and even though I did not get one right now, Billiejean was so nice and helpful. I am saving for a bigger down payment and I will definitly be back to see Billiejean to get a car. She made my first time enjoyable. more

Good Place to Shop 5/1/2008

I worked with Billiejean a wonderful young lady who helped me deside what I wanted. They didn't have my first choice of a Subaru but we were able to find a TC that I really enjoy. The experience was a good one unlike a lot of my other car buying experiences. I will come back next time.\r more

Nice Cheap Car 5/1/2008

Me and my husband were looking for a cheap car and to our suprise were able to find it at a dealership. Billy Jean was nice and didn't try to push us into an expensive car like the other sales people we had delt with did. I like my '03 Accent and the customers for life program.
