I purchased my fiance's engagment ring from Diamonds Chicago and was 110% satisfied with every step of the process. I had the pleasure of working with, Fahmina, who couldn't have made things easier for me. She was very patient with me and helped me understand the different things to look for when examining a stone. There was no pressure to buy anything and in fact i had a few visits. They encouraged me to look elsewhere because they are that confident in their work. I did look at a few other places and would not have ended up anywhere but Diamonds Chicago. My fiance is thrilled with the ring and I got exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend going to Diamonds Chicago for you jewelry and I will be a life long customer.
