Diamonds Chicago was a great 6/6/2012

Diamonds Chicago was a great experience, the staff was very helpful, especially in teaching us how to look at diamonds. We went there to purchase an Engagement ring and they had a huge selection of diamonds as well as settings. My fiance wanted a custom ring so they were able to draw one up, and complete the ring within 2 weeks. We will be going back there for the wedding bands for sure. more

Diamonds Chicago is an outstanding place to purchase a diamond. Carlee and the rest of the Diamonds Chicago staff were incredibly helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever; the focus was on educating you about the diamond buying process and allowing you to make the choice that was right for you. Very happy I bought here; I'd recommend Diamonds Chicago to anyone in the search for an engagement ring (or other diamond jewelry). more

Diamonds Chicago is the only place to go if you are looking for jewelry. If you want a straight forward answer and education on what you are buying then this is the place to shop. Diamonds Chicago not only offers beyond what you may be looking for they offer a sincere feeling of customer service and explain every detail so you understand. I felt like I was talking to a family member when I was taken care of by Carlee of Diamonds Chicago. I would recommend this store to anyone thinking of buying a piece of jewelry. One of the best buyer's experience I ever had in a store. Highly recommended and I defiantly plan on bringing more business to this fine establishment as well as returning for future purchases. more

Excellent customer service 5/4/2012

I was looking for an engagement ring. After countless hours of shopping the diamond district, i had ventured into this gem. After working with Jamie & Fahmina, i had finely found a store that i didn t feel like i was getting the business . i looked at stones for hours to find the right one and not once was I pressured to hurry. They really do have the best prices in Chicago. My Fiance loves her ring, thanks for all the help and knowledge. more

Great prices! 5/1/2012

My fiance and I went to Diamonds Chicago after a referral from a friend. We worked with Ray and he spendt4 hours with us during our initial appt. He was so patient and took such care in explaning everything about diamonds and what to look for. He really worked within our budget even though we ended choosing a much larger and more expensive diamond. We are both very happy and look forward to continuining to work with Ray. more

This was our second experience with Diamonds Chicago. Both times for our sons picking out engagement rings. The service is very personal and educational - you really feel confident that you made the right choice for your budget - that you didn t overpay for something like a color or clarity difference that is not noticible except under high magnification. I know our sons will be repeat customers. more

Great Diamond Selection, Very Helpful! 4/14/2012

I bought my Fiance's engagement ring at Diamond's Chicago and found the staff to be very helpful and informative. Out of all the places I looked on Jeweler's Row they provided the best customer service and 1-on-1 attention. Since purchasing the ring I've since been back to have the ring re-sized and for some misc. maintenance and they've always been accommodating and kind. I've also recommended Diamonds Chicago to a friend who needed to find a replacement stone for her setting and she was very pleased with her overall experience and got her ring fixed that same day. Diamonds Chicago is now my go-to place for any Diamond or ring related event and I highly recommend them! more

My engagement ring is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! My Fiance went to Diamonds Chicago and they took their time to teach him about diamonds. They gave him the education he needed to make an informed decision and he did a great job! Naturally, I went there to pick out wedding bands. I had a wonderful experience choosing our wedding bands. Good Customer Service, no pressure 3/25/2012

My fiancee and I visited Diamonds Chicago multiple times in deciding on the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. We worked with multiple people throughout the process and each were very eager to help. Upon requesting certain specifications for a loose diamond for our next appointment, the staff was able to come up with a good variety of stones so that we could compare. A few months later we are still very happy with the diamond, setting, and band we picked out and feel we got a fair price. The only reason I gave them four stars is that there are some conversations that the staff should have had behind closed doors that at one point made it awkward for us. At the end of the day, they did stick to their word and treated us fairly. They definitely made a good impression and when I need to search for jewelry next, I will always look to Diamonds Chicago first. more
