My fiancee and I visited Diamonds Chicago multiple times in deciding on the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. We worked with multiple people throughout the process and each were very eager to help. Upon requesting certain specifications for a loose diamond for our next appointment, the staff was able to come up with a good variety of stones so that we could compare. A few months later we are still very happy with the diamond, setting, and band we picked out and feel we got a fair price.
The only reason I gave them four stars is that there are some conversations that the staff should have had behind closed doors that at one point made it awkward for us. At the end of the day, they did stick to their word and treated us fairly.
They definitely made a good impression and when I need to search for jewelry next, I will always look to Diamonds Chicago first.
