Ok so this really should be a 10 star rating since this is really 2 reviews one for me and one for my wifes car... Not only did both of us get our tint done by Kyle which was AMAZING..... But Todd work on my Truck YOU! will never see another Suzuki Equator out there like mine. Reason cause of Todd that guy can turn your piece of sh*t car into a vagina magnet.... If you can think it these guys can do it where not talking about your halfass garage sh*t these guy take there time and do it right... and if your not happy they make it right..... Stop on by and see for yourself and check out wide selection of 3M tint or hell Wrap your whole car,,,,, more

This was emailed to me by a customer. The title was "The Best and Fast Place For Tinting" It reads, Hey There, I got my windows tinted last week and got them checked today and received my lifetime warranty. But I just wanted to share my experience while I was there. First, let me tell you that they were very good and fast at what they do. I asked if I could watch them work on my car and with a little hesitation they allowed me too. Tinting is not easy! It is painstaking and you have to have a lot of patience. Lucky for me, they were the ones paid to get it done. I have now made new friends (they talked to me while I waited) and I WILL get more work done there in the future! My best regard to the guys who work at Diamond Autosport! more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTIES! I purchased some of the reflective tint for a Honda Accord I purchased 3-4 years ago. About August or September of '08 I called them to ask what could be done because it started to bubble up very bad. I spoke to who I now know is the owner, Ron. \r \r I explained the situation and he said they would gladly take the tint off as a courtesy even though the tint company they purchased from went out of business.I work a full time job and a part time job. I explained I had hardly no time and it would probably be a while before I could get there because I work 7 days a week and go to night school. He said that was fine.\r \r I finally took some vacation off the weekend after Christmas. I called a day before going up there to see if I could come in that Saturday morning after explaining the situation. ""Sure"" I was told by one of the women that answered the phone. So I was there first thing Saturday morning. Well I explained the situation to the lady office manager and she said she could not do it without authorization from Ron. She claimed she called him and he would probably be there around 12 and she took my numbers and said she would give me a call. Mind you, I live an hour away. I got a vibe something was not on the up and up. Well I go on home and 2 days later no call. So I call back, and spoke to the same woman ( the office manager ) and she said he (Ron) never came in but he should be in later and she got my number again and promised to call me back. \r \r Guess what? The date is now January 6th, 2009 11:08AM and I never received a call back or any type of acknowledgement. you are supposed to be a business that even states on the card ""Home of the Lifetime Warranty"" what a joke! I despise liars! \r I ended up going somewhere else to get the tint removed and I got new tint installed.\r more

had tint done and turn purple in the summer and came to diamond to have them fix it and paid cash to the owner Ron and didn't give me a recipt. He said that the tint was under a waranty, but when i went back to his shop to get the tint fixed they wouldn't fix it. Tried to get me to pay to fix something that ron told me was not going to be a problem. That is not how a buissness should be ran. According to hear say I am not the only one who has been done the same way I recommend not to go to this shop for any of your automobile needs. They are very slopy whith there shop. There are better shops and better people to work with. My advice is to avoide that shop!! Cons: costly tint for cheep service more

In defense, I thought I was informed properly about the NC state laws and they helped me select my tint from the get go... and no problems! This is my third time to this establishment and at anytime I had issues, they were quickly resolved. I know from reading comments about Diamond that they probably weren't given the chance and there are some customers that can't be satisfied no matter what anyways... Go down there and speak to the owner himself he is from Hawaii and is one of the nicest guys around. I always heard from the locals that they have a great reputation for doing good work and it has been 5 years since I've been doing business with them. Good Luck!
