I am an Active Duty US Servicemember currently stationed in Europe. I called Kevin about a month ago to discuss the purchase of an engagement rng for my now fiance`e. I gave Kevin the specifications of what I was looking for and made an appointment to meet with him when I came into town. True to his word (even though he was still recovering from emergency surgery!!!) he was there, as was his brother Paul, as promised. Once in the store Kevin had brought in several diamonds that were of exceptional quality of us to look at. This is where I would normally expect the high pressure sales pitch. I cannot explain enough how relieved I was when that never occured at all! Kevin and Paul were more than accomodating and patient with us as we intricately inspected each facet of every stone several times. Both my fiance`e and I are very particular and we found an absolutely amazing diamond. We then moved onto the selection of the setting, which took even longer than selecting the stone. Again, Kevin and Paul were both terrific with their guidance, opinion, and professionalism. Here are the reasons that this will be the first of many purchases that I will be making from Kevin and Paul at Diamond Castle Jewelers: 1. Their customer service is above the best. They do what they promise. 2. The quality of their diamonds far exceeds any others that I have looked at. They are tremeondously selective with the stones that they select to bring into their store for customers. 3. Their prices could not be beat. I did my homework before coming into the store, especially living in Europe. I scoured the internet to find the best deals there and the price that I paid for the diamonds and rings that we bought was without a question the best deal. The value could not be beat. 4. The final product exceeding both my and my fiance`s expectations. We could not be happier with what we purchased. The craftsmanship,and quality of their work was beyond excellent. True to their word, they were more concerned with making us, the customer, happy instead of making a sale. They have without a question earned my business no matter what continent my career takes me. I plan on recommended Diamond Castle to everyone that I know of who will be making a jewelery purchase. Great Job Guys! more

I had an idea of the kind of ring I liked and presented Kevin with a picture. Kevin and his designers did such a wonderful job, it turned out even better than my picture! I was so amazed at the quality of work and craftsmanship his designers and the rest of his team put into the ring. I still can't stop staring at it and get so many compliments on it. I have already started to, and will continue to recommend Diamond Castle to anyone. There wasn't a time when I walked in to the store that I wasn't greeted with a smile and helpful attitude, and I couldn't feel happier. I bought my husbands wedding band here in 2008, no problems at that time. My wedding band and engagement ring were purchased out of state, and they were in need of repair. I've been searching for a place to do the repair for a while, and I decided to go back to Diamond Castle based on recommendations and the prior experience here. The damage on my ring included scratches from 3+ years of wear, damage where the wedding band rubs up against the prongs, leaving them weakened, plus color change over time b/c it is white gold. This damage is very obvious to the naked eye. I walked in and handed my ring to a sales person who took them back to the jeweler. The jeweler (whom you can see through the window) looked at it for about a second and said ""there's nothing wrong with the ring."" The sales person brought it back to me and told me she nor the jeweler could see any damage. This immediately alerted me, but I decided to be patient and point out the damage. The sales person saw it, and took it back to the jeweler who said ""There's nothing wrong, but I will go talk to her."" The jeweler came out to the counter and told me there was nothing wrong with the ring and that he did not understand what I wanted to be done. I tried, one more time to explain the damage and point it out, and he said again, I don't know what you want me to do. I said I was not comfortable leaving my rings with him and I took them back. He took a step back from the counter and looked at me like I was crazy, then said ""that's fine."" I turned to leave, then decided to ask to speak to a manager. The manager came out, took a very defensive stance and asked me what my problem was. I introduced myself and told him that I was very unsatisifed with how I was treated by their jeweler. He said ""I don't know what you want me to do"" and I explained the damage, the lack of respect, and the fact that I planned to take my ring elsewhere for repair. He told me ""are you sure?"" Yes, yes I am sure. I left this jewelry store feeling very disrespected and I will never return. I sincerely hope anyone looking for a jewelry repair location will consider looking elsewhere. more

A friend of ours recommended we talk to Kevin at DCJ when we moved to Michigan in 2004...we were in the market for an unique ring. Good prices and good quality were our goals. What we found was so much more!! We have since moved from MI to GA and we still use Kevin because his customer service from 5 states away is still that good! I had her parents, my parents and our entire family’s approval, I just needed the ring. Finding the right ring was, for me, the hardest part of the engagement process. On my way home from work I stopped at Diamond Castle at least 12 times, yes 12 times. My husband thoroughly researched a diamond purchase for our 20th wedding anniversary and decided on Diamond Castle Jewelers. Sue and Kevin were wonderful and we could not be happier.
