Diamond Castle made my decision easy and also made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I did not know a thing about diamonds or rings and after going to a couple of places in the mall (that I felt like I was getting swindled at) I ended up at Diamond Castle Jewelers. Kevin was the person who helped me and explained all of the ins and outs of buying a diamond. He also put it into terms that I could understand and when it came time for me to make a decision I felt that I was getting the perfect ring for the perfect amount of money. I went here to purchase some jewelery. I was dressed VERY casually - but had a pocket full of money & wanted to buy a nice bracelet. The employee treated me like I was less than a bag lady. Really. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Luckily, I have a great jeweler now. And guess what, he doesn't care what I wear!!! Beware - judgemental people work here more

GREAT service and comfortable atmosphere... My then girlfriend and myself shopped for almost two months. I went to over 12 different jewerly stores. This past weekend we walked into the Diamond Castle and were greated right away. We already new exactly what we wanted and they had 8 styles that we were interested in. They also did not try to push us past our budget like most diamond stores. Ask for Kevin or Susan and I will promise you they will work as hard as they can to get exactly what you want. more

It was exactly what I wanted, and I still get regular compliments on it today (many even from men!). A year later, he was able to find gorgeous coordinating earrings to surprise me with for a special birthday. Just this week my husband bought me a diamond pendant for our 1 year wedding anniversary. They were unbelievably knowledgeable and courteous, and even though they had a ton of people in the store while I was there, they still took ample time to talk to me and actually explain the product I was looking at. I know they could've made a lot more money as a business talking to somebody about engagement rings, which is a huge portion of their business, but they valued me as a customer and taught me about the watch I was looking at. We found the location to be a solid combination of selection, both diamonds and settings, service and customer commitment, and superior knowledge and communication of product. Most importantly were were given honest, genuine, and sincere information of the diamond industry and how to make an educated decision when making a purchase. Granted not all diamonds are the same, but how they are priced across the industry is and it's a piece of information not all retailers are willing to share. Diamond Castle was upfront in showing us how they priced the stone and was eager to match a price if we could find a less expensive like stone elsewhere. Having done our homework across 4 other locations I was convinced I was making the right decision giving my business to them.
